Chain Sharpening and Repair Program

Tempest Technology is offering a Chain Sharpening and Repair Program. This program is designed to aid VentMaster users in the maintenance and sharpening of Carbide Chain.

U.S. Postage Paid envelopes are provided so carbide chain is easily returned to us for sharpening and/or repair. Simply place carbide chain in an envelope, fill out the order form, affix the prepaid label, and drop the envelope in the U.S. Mail.

Tempest will evaluate each chain, make the necessary repairs and/or sharpen the chain, and return it to you. You will be billed for services performed and return postage. If for some reason we are not able to repair your chain, we will return your item free of charge. This program applies to all carbide chain, except Bullet Chain.
